Akash Agarwal
— Board Member

Ashish brings 14+ years of experience in enterprise software having played leadership roles in product management, engineering & consulting - with a passion to help build software and solutions that delight customers. His expertise spans social media, Online marketing, analytics, CRM and collaboration systems. Prior to starting CloudSquads, Ashish was Director of Products at Rearden Commerce, leading their online loyalty rewards program and prior to that - lead the Product team at EmailLabs - an email marketing automation platform. His experience also includes management consulting at BearingPoint, Inc. where he lead large scale CRM programs with Fortune 100 clients. Ashish began his career as an Engineer with Sun Microsystems followed by PeopleSoft, where he was part of the Application Engineering team that developed the PeopleSoft CRM Suite and vertical solutions for the telecom, finance and utilities sectors.

Ashish has a Masters in Engineering and calls Sunnyvale, CA his home for the past 15 years. He enjoys his time with friends & family - exploring the outdoors with a good dose of cricket during the weekends.

Henry serves as Senior Vice President of Sales & Alliances for CloudSquads, responsible for driving comprehensive global sales, Alliances and Marketing strategies.  He joins CloudSquds with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, professional services and business development throughout the high tech industry. Most recently, Henry served as Broadvision’s GM and VP of Americas.  Prior to that, Henry held senior roles at industry leading companies, including Lithium Technologies, Salesforce.com and Microsoft, helping Fortune 1000 companies and leading SMBs transforming their businesses through social, CRM and ERP technologies.


Henry has a BA in Business from York University and calls San Francisco home where he spends time running too many miles and enjoying the great outdoors.


Vinod leads product strategy and execution for CloudSquads. He brings 15 years of experience in embedded systems software, cloud-platforms, B2B platforms, consumer and mobile product development. Prior to joining CloudSquads, Vinod held technical and product management roles at Cisco Systems, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Wind River (an Intel Subsidiary), Rearden Commerce, Publiture and, most recently, Yahoo! Inc.

Vinod has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Osmania University and Masters degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University.  He enjoys his time with friends & family, traveling and a bit of bhangra every once in a while.

Akash serves on the Board of Cloudsquads.  Akash is currently an Entrepreneur In Residence at Blumberg Capital.  By way of background, he  is a seasoned business executive in high technology with over 22 years experience spanning general management, marketing, product development, strategy and sales. Most recently Akash was SVP@ Location Labs (a growth stage mobile company).  Prior of that, he was founder/CEO of a venture backed micro-payments company, GreenNote.  In addition to his entrepreneurial experience, Akash has also held executive management roles at both Oracle and Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP for $4.6B). 

Akash has an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Computer Science (with honors) from the University of Kent at Canterbury, England.

Vidhyut uses his core competencies in Cloud Computing, Social Enterprises, Manufacturing and Knowledge Management to the fullest as the Director of Engineering at CloudSquads. He's held management roles at Infosys, Lister. Rishabh Software and Interactive Realities International.

Vidhyut holds a Masters in Computer Application and a BS in Science. He's located in Pune, India.

Veit leads Project Delivery for Cloudsquads.  He brings over 20 years of Project Management, Pre-Sales, Business Development, Alliance Management, Marketing and Agency experience with him. Prior to joing CloudSquads, he was the Co-Founder for Digital Dazzle, a boutique Marketing agency, served in multiple Director roles at Intel and in various technical roles at Unify Corporation and Cap Gemini Earnest Young.

Veit holds the equivalent of an MS in Computer Science and a BA in Business. He's an avid photographer and also follows European Soccer closely.
